I was born and raised in Longmont, Colorado, and am a proud St. Vrain Valley School District alumna. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and Licensure in Elementary Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver, as well as a Master's degree in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education from the University of Colorado Denver.

Since 2010, I have had the privilege of being a part of the Central community, where I strive to create an inclusive and positive learning environment. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time with my family. I also love cheering on my son at his sports events and indulging in my passions for plants, animals, and nature.

What I love most about being a teacher is the variety each day brings. Every day is a new opportunity to try something different, make mistakes, learn, and grow. I am constantly inspired by my students and aim to ensure they leave third grade feeling heard, safe, and valued.
