Back to School Open House

Central’s annual Back to School Open House will be held on Thursday, August 11, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.  Students and parents are encouraged to tour the school, meet the teachers and staff and see why Central Elementary is STILL providing an excellent education to our children after 138 years!  There will also be a fun social time for families to bring a picnic and reconnect with friends and neighbors in the playground area behind the school from 6:45 – 7:30 pm.  Those who preordered school supplies through the PTO will be able to pick these up by the computer lab.  The PTO family will be available to help answer questions and help with information about our amazing school!  We hope you will join us for this fun, informal event.  

The office staff is back in the office from 7:45 – 4:00 on weekdays.  Please note that the school will be closed on Friday, Aug. 5, until 1:30 pm due to a district wide meeting.

Preschool and kindergarten informational letters are going out by August 5, to help with questions for our newest members of the Central family.  The first day of school for grades 1-5 is TUESDAY, AUGUST 16 at 8:25 a.m.  See you soon!
