- I absolutely love teaching at Central and to have the opportunity to engage with your littles and foster their love of learning and exploration. I have always felt at home in the world of education and received my M.Ed in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After spending some time in various preschool environments (Co-op, Reggio Emilia, private and public) as well as the Chicago Public Schools system, I have found that our little ones work best through their play! I aim to not only embrace this, but also to give them meaningful experiences that they can then construct their knowledge from. When I am not in the classroom I enjoy spending time with my husband Beau and our two children, Ronan (7 years old) and Oona (3 years old). We moved to Colorado in 2017 from Chicago, but have since fallen in love with this wonderful community. I cannot wait to get to know you all and your families and to see some familiar faces as well!
