Bio
Hello!  My name is Sarah Hernandez, and this is my 24th year of teaching and my 17th year teaching first grade here at Central!  All three of my sons have attended Central and my husband teaches at the Innovation Center here in the district.  I am originally from Southern California, though I attended college and played soccer at Baylor University.  After beginning my teaching career in Compton, CA through Teach For America and finishing up my MA in Elementary Education, we eventually made our way out here to beautiful Colorado.  I feel very lucky to be a part of such a wonderful school community and look forward to a fabulous school year!
