All School Picnic and 5th Grade v. Staff Kickball Game

5th Grade Continuation Walk: 9:15 a.m.
· PK-4th grade students line up along the hallway walls, 5th grade walk down the stairs down through the primary hall, down the cafeteria ramp and out the cafeteria doors to the field.
Kick Ball Game: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Field
· We will not have “normal” specials this day. Bad Weather Plan:: Volleyball in the gym vs staff in shifts
Picnic: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
· Parents may arrive at school at 11:00 and go to their children’s classrooms. Check in FIRST!
a. Parents can sign kids out from the teacher at that time.
b. Parents must sign students out (not siblings)
c. If a parent has arranged for alternate pick up that day- there must be written information telling the school/teacher what the plan is.
d. Teachers will take the remaining students (not signed out by parents) outside to the playground for lunch.
· At 12:00 – Jim will make an announcement thanking parents for coming and wishing everyone a great summer break. Parents and their children are free to leave. Students staying for the remainder of the day will accompany teachers to the classroom.
Movie (G-RATED): 12:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
· Students who do not go home with a parent after the picnic will go to the cafeteria for a movie.
